Walk in your purpose

 “The Lord is with you, you mighty man of valor!” (Judges 6:12). As the angel of the Lord greeted Gideon in Old Testament times, He invites you to become one of God's choice warriors.    

The LORD is with you, you mighty man of valor: This was a strange greeting to Gideon. It didn’t seem like the LORD was with him and it didn’t seem that he was a mighty man of valor. Gideon might have turned to see if there was another person to whom the angel spoke. “Wherein did that valor consist? Apparently, he was a simple man living a very ordinary life. The Angel of God found him about his daily duty.”

 God created woman with so much strength, He endowed her with His enabling power. He crowned her with beauty and honor... all it takes to live a fulfilled life. Why then are women afraid to take up the challenge that will help them ful-fill their destiny; why suffer in silence... The world is waiting for you to explode woman, the world is waiting for you to manifest the glory that has been bestowed on you.  (Proverbs 31)

 For those who serve well as deacons gain a good standing for themselves and also great confidence in the faith that is in Christ Jesus.  (1st Timothy 3:13)

 The goal of a prayer ministry is not to do all the praying for the church, but to equip, enable, and encourage church members to pray continually and effectively while making prayer a part of everything they do without ceasing.  (1st Thessalonian 5:17)

 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise. Sing unto the Lord with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm” (Psalm 98:4–5). 

 Sunday school is one of the church’s most powerful ways to affirm the Word of God as the foundation for living the Christian life. It is the place where we teach the vital importance of Scripture to our babies, children, youth, young adults, and adults and disciple them in their Christian walk.  (2 Timothy 3: 16-17)

 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.' Amen.” Matthew 28:18-20.    

 The Buildings & Grounds Maintenance Ministry includes a special group of volunteers who regularly take care of the church building and the grounds to make sure that God’s house is more than presentable.    “By wisdom a house is built, and by understanding it is established.” Proverbs 24:3
